The Minnesota Office of Higher Education developed the website in collaboration with Minnesota's higher education sectors to increase college participation and success rates of students from groups traditionally underrepresented in college. The Flash site featured fun animation, music, and a store where students could exchange "tickets" (earned by exploring the site) for free items. It was promoted using a TV commercial, posters, light rail ads, and public transportation shelter posters. The site was retired in 2012.
