Get Ready: An Introduction for Parents DVD

The Get Ready program (an early intervention and college awareness program) needed a simple way to introduce new parents to the program. To maximize the production budget, footage from the College Options and Summer Camp DVDs was repurposed as was footage and interviews from several older projects. The DVD was produced in English, Spanish, and Hmong. (Runtime: 11 minutes 14 seconds)

The Get Ready program (an early intervention and college awareness program) wanted to create a DVD to describe the different types of colleges in Minnesota. It needed to be fun and playful to appeal to its target audience. To maximize the production budget, footage from the Summer Camp DVD and from several older projects was repurposed. Get Ready: Reaching Out to Minnesota DVD

The Get Ready program (an early intervention and college awareness program) created the DVD as a promotional piece to describe the its Outreach Minnesota initiative. It is a companion piece to the Outreach Minnesota brochure. To maximize the production budget, footage from the College Options and Summer Camp DVDs was repurposed as was footage from several older projects. This DVD was packaged in a slimline jewel case to make it easier and lighter to mail. (Runtime: 10 minutes 33 seconds)

I Make It Happen TV spot

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education developed a 30-second television spot in collaboration with Minnesota's higher education sector as part of the "I Make It Happen" campaign which sought to increase college participation and success rates of students from groups traditionally underrepresented in college. The spot directed viewers to the campaign web site. (Runtime: 30 seconds)

The Pursuit video

This video project was created for an Introduction to Video Production class I took at IFP Minnesota. Each student could check out a professional video camera for a day to shoot a short project. The goal was to show what we learned about different types of shots and angles, and then edit it into a linear timeline to tell a story. (Runtime: 1 minute 14 seconds)
